The 2d Dragoons and Ringgold’s Light Artillery. — The Corpus Christi Gazette of the 8^th inst., speaking of the departure of the 2d U. S. dragoons and Ringgold’s light artillery for the Rio Grande, says “that finer troops, or more ably officered, were never called into service since America had an enemy.”  The dragoons are under command of Col. Twiggs.
